Buy all the amazing cuts from a whole hog at wholesale prices! Our hogs are heritage breeds, raised on pasture and are certified organic.
When you select this option you will be added to our order list. Just before the hogs are processed (either around June or November) you will be notified that it's almost time to receive your pork. At this time you will custom choose which cuts you would like from our processor, Weber Meats. You can visit their website for more information about cutting.
The final cost of the meat will depend on the size of the animal. The cost is $3.75/ lb of hanging weight (weight after skin and organs are removed), usually around $375-$450 . Also keep in mind that Weber Meats charges a fee for processing the animal that is separate from our cost (usually around $100). You can pay the final amount using cash, check or credit card at time of delivery.
